The time consuming, and sometimes cumbersome process of looking for an architect, finding a private certifier, dealing with the engineers and local Council is all too familiar to us. To help our customers and hold their hands through this process, we offer the all-inclusive package, where a dedicated uniqueStyle Homes team will take care of the process from start to end.

Our designers will prepare your plans and suitable specifications for your site and budget. We will also organize the DA and all other essential paperwork required.

  • Free tender and price inclusions
  • Price & Promotion lock up fee paid
  • 24/7 Online access granted to view all your upcoming meetings and schedules
  • Tender Variations to better reflect your family lifestyle.
  • New Tender issued and Meeting with our sales consultant arranged. (This step may be repeated until you are happy with all the inclusions in your tender)
  • Tender Acceptance
  • Preliminary Agreement signed to prepare working drawings and Building approval.
  • Deposit paid to prepare all the working drawings and reports.
  • Architectural and Engineering plans prepared for Council Approval.
  • Site Survey and Soil test report done
  • Basix report obtained
  • Colour selection schedule issued to choose all your colours, fixtures and fittings
  • Electrical appointment to discuss your lightning fittings and fixtures.
  • All the Council and other Authority permits received
  • Final Tender issued
  • Initial deposit
  • Housing Industry Australia, fixed price Building Contract signed
  • Progress Payment schedule issued
  • Home Warranty Insurance Certificate issued
  • Finances obtained from lending Authorities by Client
  • Commencement of the Construction
  • Site meetings organised during the construction and inspections carried out.
  • Quality inspections carried out by our Director
  • Practical completion
  • Final External and Internal inspection of the new home
  • Handover of all appropriate warranties and Home Guide Maintenance Manual.
  • Six years structural warranty and 12 Months defect liability period starts from the day of handover.
  • Handover of the keys to your new home.
