- Tender Acceptance
- Preliminary Agreement signed to prepare working drawings and Building approval.
- Deposit paid to prepare all the working drawings and reports.
- Architectural and Engineering plans prepared for Council Approval.
- Site Survey and Soil test report done
- Basix report obtained
- Colour selection schedule issued to choose all your colours, fixtures and fittings
- Electrical appointment to discuss your lightning fittings and fixtures.
- All the Council and other Authority permits received
- Final Tender issued
- Initial deposit
- Housing Industry Australia, fixed price Building Contract signed
- Progress Payment schedule issued
- Home Warranty Insurance Certificate issued
- Finances obtained from lending Authorities by Client
- Commencement of the Construction
- Site meetings organised during the construction and inspections carried out.
- Quality inspections carried out by our Director
- Practical completion
- Final External and Internal inspection of the new home
- Handover of all appropriate warranties and Home Guide Maintenance Manual.
- Six years structural warranty and 12 Months defect liability period starts from the day of handover.
- Handover of the keys to your new home.
