For a limited time only uniqueStyle Home is introducing a promotional offers. We have designed a number of fabulous packages to choose from. The promotions on offer are designed to give the opportunity to the owners to choose and upgrade the quality of the inclusions to suit their lifestyle.

Promotion No.1

$5,000.00 rebate on the inclusions of your choice for every Contract signed before 31st Dec 2021. Conditions apply read below. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers. This promotion does not apply for granny flats.

Promotion No.2

Fixed Site costs for any blocks that have a maximum fall/rise of 500mm across the building footprint and soil classification up to 1m. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

Promotion No.3

Get your deposit back if you signed with another builder to the value of $2,500.00
If you have paid a deposit with another builder and may have second thoughts about building with them, we will be glad to refund you that amount, simply by choosing to build with Unique Style Homes. We will cover all the costs up to $2,500.00 GST inclusive. (Limited time only, this promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.)

Promotion No.4

Free Air conditioning
Sign contract to build a Granny Flat using "Panelup Modular System" and get free Air Conditioning with 3.5KW cooling, and 4KW Heating power. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers,

Terms and Conditions (Applies for all current promotions)

Unique Style Homes reserves the right to withdraw or change pricing and promotions without any given notice.
Fixed site costs promotions apply only for sites that have a fall of +/- 500mm across building footprint, and don't require retaining wall construction.
For Promotion No3 We will require tax invoices, cash receipt notices and contract documents as proof that you have signed with another builder, and have made those payments.

The promotions are only available until 31 December 2021. Unique Style Home reserves the right to discontinue or extend the promotion at its discretion.
The promotion is conditional upon the customer signing a Building Contract with Unique Style Homes within the period stated above.
Any item not listed within the promotion will incur additional costs.
Some of the items/products promoted may be subject to change based on the home design and size.
Unique Style Homes reserve the right to amend items, specifications and/or suppliers without any given notice.
Air condition is not available with flat roof designs. (Additional costs may apply)
